The Adventure Kit is custom-designed 23 tool survival kit, that fits in the Cache Belt™ and Cache Cap™. Most components in this kit are custom-made and cannot be found anywhere else. Every component was chosen to contain the highest quality parts while maintaining packability. The Adventure Kit is meant to be the ultimate compact survival kit maximizing function, form, and space.
Having purchased the cache belt and finally the adventure kit, I was very happy with both. The belt is sturdy and spacious enough for everything in the adventure kit to fit in perfectly. It helped to watch the video of where to put the various pieces. Once each item was ensconced in the belt, there was little to no bulk and it fit me perfectly. I'm very pleased with both products.
All items appear to be of great quality. Probably the best commercially assembled kit I've found.
Only criticism is that I could not find where to stow the signal mirror. (I ended up adding a wide ranger band to store mirror externally). This may be my error though!
Additional items were able to be added to vacant areas.
While expensive, the quality of the belt and items seem to be justified.
Thanks all at *****.
******** COMMENT*** The signal mirror slides into the mirror sleeve on the inside of belt buckle. The sleeve is attached to the inside of the buckle and has the ***** logo on it!
The kit is more complete than most out there. It is well thought out to fit in the cache belt. Two suggestions the straws/ tubes should be labeled so that in avdirevsituation they would be more easily identified when onevisvstressed. Secondly I am rather surprised that two splitbrings weren't included with the wire saw. Still I must say again it's a better premade kit than most.
I like the fact that you get a fresnal lens with it to help burn the thing, so at least your left with something after its helped cook your dinner. Will need another one to try first though as I just like the idea of it so reluctant to use it unless its a real emergency. Printed instructions that show how to put it together would be helpful - having to rely on the video on this website...
Your fire starting tools are now an accent piece to your everyday look.
An innovation that combines primitive technique with present technology, the Bushcraft™ Necklace is inspired by the tried and true method of traditional fire-making. We've adapted traditional “Flint & Steel” methods into a modern-day version in this classy two-part pendant. Combined with rich mahogany brown leather and tied with classic mountaineering knots, it is a weekday accessory that can become a weekend lifesaver.
Necklaces are sold in a one size fits all format. The Double Fisherman's knot allows for adjustability, but please refer to the SPECS chart for complete sizing information.
This thing is awesome I wear it all the time. It looks stylish and provides piece of mind. I’m just about to leave on a ten night canoe trip with my two young kids so to know I always have fire is very reassuring! Great idea and product !
Initially I liked the necklace but after wearing it for a little while I am disappointed in the quality of the leather rope. It is worn away quite a bi and is likely to break soon. I should have purchased the other type of necklace. The quality of the ceramic and starter are good but the sparks that emanate seem very small and I have this far been unable to get a fire going after nearly an hour of total strikes. I am sure a lot of it has to do with my tinder and my novice skills, but it is something to note for sure.
Very glad to hear you are practicing using the necklace. There are some videos on YouTube with tips and tricks for both care and use. Here's one that might help for getting fires going: https://youtu.be/WZsb_SDadQ4?t=223
I'm sorry you're having issues with your leather. As a natural material, it can vary by batch. We recommend wearing it often because your body skin oils can help keep it conditioned and shower with if you get sweaty to clean off the salt. Keep in mind we do have a lifetime warranty on all of our products. This means that if you ever have an issue with it breaking we'll repair it or replace it for you!
Please reach out if there is anything else you have questions or concerns about and we'll help out how we can.
Great piece of kit!
I've had the bushcraft necklace for probably a year or so now. It's a well-made, nice looking, functional bit of insurance. It's nice to know that you always have the ability to start a fire relatively easily. It's also surprisingly easy to use effectively, even with large hands. I would definitely recommend it and can't foresee ever being without mine even when I finally have to start replacing components or even the entire thing, if necessary.
Great necklace. Best two things that stand out about this necklace are the lifetime warranty and made in the US. Have used it to spark a couple of camp fires already. Nothing to dislike about it so far. Very pleased with product.
I bought this for myself and liked the look, value, and usability so much, I had to get two more for my sons. The necklace adjusts very easily and will fit almost anyone. I'm 43, my oldest son is 24, and my youngest is 9. Now, wherever my boys are, they have the ability to provide heat for themselves, purify water, and cook food. These are very much worth the price. It even comes with a little bit of cordage that will fit in a wallet or coin purse to be there when you need it.
Cache: (noun) \ˈkăsh\ 1. hiding place especially for concealing and preserving provisions or implements. 2. a secure place of storage.
It’s a money belt, travel tool, survival kit, or whatever else you make it. The Cache Belt™ features a top-loading velcro enclosure that allows direct access to items, at any point along with the velcro pocket, while wearing the belt. The hook & loop closure reassures that the velcro has no single failure point. From discreet carrying of extra Euros on the streets of Amsterdam to packing a compass and signaling mirror up a volcano in Nicaragua, we've tested this belt all around the world and we're confident you'll agree: This is the ultimate everyday and travel accessory.
The materials used to make belt are high quality. The buckle closes snuggly, but is easy and convenient to open when needed. The webbing seems very durable and provides more space for items than I had expected. Nice belt and buckle.
The belt is ok to wear for short periods of time. When you fill the belt with products they push on your back and it really hurts to wear for long periods of time. I would like to see a belt made with a stronger material that goes against your body so nothing pokes you. It’s a great concept but needs an upgrade option like a layer of leather on the side that wraps around the waist against your back. I would pay more for an upgrade option! Otherwise great concept!
Using this belt on my cargo pants, it is comfortable to wear all day long. The inside compartments could be a little wider . The hook & loop closure will open up if the belt is over stuffed. So, don't over load it and you will look 'normal' from afar. Will test it out travelling when the pandemic fades away.
The ***** Cache belt is the parachute of my active life. Knowing it's there with the items I need to turn disaster in triumph lets me freely enjoy life. Been around my waist every day since the Kickstarter.
Looking at pictures, videos and reviews, I decided to get a cache belt with the adventure kit.. I started to have doubt about comfort when I was stuffing all the kit's items. Will there be pressure point, annoying spot when I sit or will it be too stiff... Well, allbworries turn out to be wrong. It's perfect, comfortable walking, sitting, driving, no pressure points, no discomfort. Been wearing it for 3 weeks now, and I wonder why I haven't got one earlier.
Great work designing this belt!
TOUGH, LIGHT, CLEVER, AND COMPLETELY INCONSPICUOUS.
On your head, the Cache Cap™ looks like your everyday baseball cap. What you don’t see, is that on the inside this hat has 6, count 'em, SIXHIDDEN POCKETS. The 6 pockets include 3 in the main dome of the hat, 1 hook and loop closure located in the middle of the brim, and 2 narrow slot pockets also on the brim. These allow you to store a multitude of items in your cap. Of course, we suggest emergency items and have designed it to accommodate tools from both of our Cache Kits™.
This is a PATENTED design from Wazoo Survival Gear.
Though we never want to hear that someone is unhappy with one of our products, it's honest insights like this that can help us refine the designs and continually improve. Sorry this hat isn't a better fit for you but I hope the bill pockets are still useful for you and that you may be able to store very thin stuff like the Emergency Reservoir™ in the interior pockets.
Breaking Benjamin Tour Dates 2019
Breaking Benjamin is my favourite band of 90s. Breaking Benjamin had so many hits! The ones I remember are 'The Diary of Jane', 'Tourniquet' and, of course their hit 'So Cold'. These are real songs, not garbage like today! And it is sooo good that Breaking Benjamin have a tour in 2019! And I'm going to visit their concert in 2019. The tour dates is here: https://breakingbenjaminconcerts.com. Click on it and maybe we can even visit one of the performances together!
This hat is worth the investment. It's no bug-out-bag for your head, but it can hold enough to get you out of a bind.
The only negative comment I have is that, while the pocket in the brim has a nice Velcro closure, the other three pockets do not. I found that turning the hat upside down or tossing it on the seat next to you risked dislodging whatever might be in the pockets. I ended up putting small Velcro closures on mine using boot fix glue -- so far it seems to be working ok. But it would be perfect if ***** would put the same Velcro closures on ALL of the pockets that they put on the brim pocket.
Wait till i tell you everything I've put in this hat so far & plain to add more, I just dont have some of the items here on hand. I need pain meds, allergies meds i woukd like fo put a bug spray or lotion somewhere in my hat.i know i can fit something like that in this hat. So far this what i have:2 matches,4 cotton balls,8 bandaids 2 Alcohol swabs, 2 hand sanitizer pads,2 coffee straws, 2 buttons, 2 sewing needles, 2 safety pins, 20' brown thread, polishing cloth to clean my glasses,
50'/14lbs.Fishing line, 3 hooks, 3 sinkers, Glide How to clean fish could be used to start a fire, 2 zip ties, lemon/lime salt to flover anything, tin foil to make artificial bait & to cook on & use as a plate. Wayer bag & purification pills. $50.00 dollars just incase, & i have a whole lot more of space to add whatever else I need in my hat.
Hope i never have to use any of this stuff, but I'll have it on my head bc you never know. Pluse the belt, I'll be setting better then someone without there cache hat/belt system. Best thing i did was backing a great team of people on kickstarter.
Thanks to everyone @ *****,
Chris from Missouri 04/20/18
This is such a cool idea and really well executed! When I'm out hiking with my dog or going to various crowded events, I don't want a bunch of stuff to carry (and possibly get stolen or lost). This hat provides a handy option for storing small things securely. My only feedback matches another one I saw here - would fit better if there was more length between the peak and the band. It's a tad too shallow. That didn't stop me from using it or buying one for my brother.
You can never have nearly enough to places to stash stuff, at least in our opinion. Our Cache Patch™ looks just like your typical patch, but given its name and in true Wazoo fashion, it doubles as another hiding place for your small stuff! Patch includes Hook Panel that can be sewn or glued on to another surface.
Originally called "Battle Patches", Morale Patches were pieces of wearable gear that gained popularity with military personnel to identify friendly forces and also signify the individual unit they belonged to. Units developed unique designs and became a sense of pride. Trading and collecting Morale Patches has been popular ever since, even outside of the military. Now, many backpacks, storage pouches, clothes, hats (like our Patch Cache Cap), and more have a portion dedicated for Morale Patches.

I love this patch, is very sturdy and with a lot of room to fill. Still, you won´t notice anything different about it from the outside. Now, i´d like to have you guys making them with different desings. For people overseas, the american flag is too noticeable. Keep up the grat work!
The flat edge of this Ceramic Striker is the best firesteel striker you will ever use! Designed from White Zirconia Ceramic, this firesteel striker will not dull or corrode. Plus, the small hole on the ceramic allows you to run a piece of cord through it to make it into a necklace, wrist lanyard, or keychain.

I ordered the small ceramic striker just to test it out because of its size, but man was I surprised. This thing works great and throws sparks better than my steel striker and its 1/2 the size. Great product!
Small but powerful. It creates more spark (and maybe even hotter sparks) than metal strikers that normally comes with ferro rods. It also does not chew up the ferro rod like a normal metal edge allowing for smooth surface instead of burrs. The striker does get hot after a few strike so that's the only thing to watch out for. Highly recommended for use with ferro rods.
Button compasses are notorious for being inaccurate and unreliable, so we custom made our own. The highest quality, most reliable button compass you'll ever use.
A high-quality compass protected by a hinged lid and mounted in an ABS plastic strap-keeper housing. Slip it onto a watchband, weave into a DIY paracord bracelet, or attach it to a piece of gear by sliding it on a strap or piece of webbing. For added protection, secure the lid closed with a Ranger Band.
I was looking for a button compass to put in a survival tin until I came across the clamshell compass. It is slightly larger than a button compass BUT it fits on my watch band which makes it a wearable and I can put something else in my survival tin. I verified that it points north which is all I wanted it to do. I would recommend this compass to my family and friends.
This is my second claim she'll compass. My firstbwasvstolen along with my watch which it was on at my job. I liked it so much I bought another. It rides comfortably on my watch and. I really like the luminous interior lid. Load up photons with a small flashlight and night navigation just got essier. It also is accurate asvIvtestedvitbagsinst s muchbmore expensive compsssvsndvNorth was identical for both. 8i highly recommend this item.
Also referred to as Limb Lights, these small wire ties are neon orange on one side and retro-reflective on the other to provide visibility in both daytime and nighttime environments. Twist them around tree branches to mark your trail from camp, use them to seal your Emergency Reservoir™ water bag, or stack a few of them together to add an adjustable nose bridge to your improvised COVID-19 mask.
10-Pack of Emergency Reservoirs™ - Items come flat so that you can fold or roll them to any size you need for your kit.
We wanted to make an emergency hydration bag to fit our Cache Wear™ products but in doing so, we also created the smallest and most versatile 1-liter container on the market. (Most purification tablets, call for 1-liter of water)
These unsung heroes of the Cache Kits™ are made of food-grade plastic that is rated up to 400 degrees F, meaning you can boil water in them over a bed of coals, with no risk of releasing toxins and chemicals into your drinking water.
*NOTE: Does not come with pictured Small Ranger Band or Trail Marker for securing top. However, both work great for this application and come highly recommended.
The Everyday Essentials Kit is a custom-designed 15 tool survival kit, that fits in the Cache Belt™ and Cache Cap™. Most components in this kit are custom-made and cannot be found anywhere else. Every component was chosen to contain the highest quality parts while maintaining packability. The Essentials Kit is meant to be travel-friendly and leaves space in the Cache Belt™ for the addition of other gear.
Personally I love the survival tools from *****. They are well made, and more importantly for my needs, compact enough to stow just about anywhere. I believe in the idea that the best survival kit is the one you always have on you ... it's great if you put together a multi-thousand dollar "go-bag" filled with the best gear, but if it's not there when you need it ... you might as well not even have bothered. These great little items fit in jacket pockets, wallets, capsules, hat bands, belts ... all manner of places that you can stash them, so that they are there when you need them. Hopefully you won't, but it gives you comfort knowing they're always there.
These are the 2" long ferro rods that are great for mini survival kits and tins. Best of all, they're designed to fit perfectly in the slot pockets of our Cache Cap™. These small ferro rods will certainly help you start a fire. Make sure to use one of ourCeramic Blades, in conjunction with your ferro rod. You'll have a super-compact pair of tools you won't want to leave home without.
