Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

We accept returns on most un-opened + un-worn items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we'll pay the return shipping costs. Otherwise, we do require you to cover the cost of shipping back to us.

EXCHANGES

For fast and easy exchanges online, just click here to visit out our Exchanges & Returns page. We are happy to exchange sizes on new + un-worn belts, all you need to do is send the item back to us. Along with the belt(s) being shipped back, please include a note with your name, order number (if available), and the size you need. We’ll cover the return shipping cost for all exchanges. Once we receive your belt we’ll send out your replacement right away. Our shipping address is below.

For International Order Exchanges the same process applies. We will have you ship the new + unworn belt back to us.  Once we receive your belt we’ll send out your replacement right away. For the return shipment to you, we will charge $15 to cover the cost of shipping.
