Return Policy

We accept returns on most un-opened + un-worn items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we'll pay the return shipping costs. Otherwise, we do require you to cover the cost of shipping back to us.

EXCHANGES

To initiate an exchange please email us at info@wazoosurvivalgear.com. Please let us know your name, order number, and reason for submitting an exchange request. We will follow up with you within 48 hours.

We are happy to exchange sizes on new + un-worn belts and any other un-worn items, all you need to do is send the item back to us. Along with the item(s) being shipped back, please include a note with your name, order number (if available), and the new size or item you need. We’ll cover the return shipping cost for all exchanges. Once we receive your belt we’ll send out your replacement right away. Our shipping address is below.

For International Order Exchanges the same process applies. We will have you ship the new + unworn item back to us.  Once we receive your belt we’ll send out your replacement right away. For the return shipment to you, we will charge $15 to cover the cost of shipping.
